When I hear the word brave I envision a Bold, Resilient, Authentic, Vulnerable, Energy. A tangible tool we can tap into each and every day. It is the acknowledgment that ultimately being a spiritual being in human form is in itself the bravest act of all!
Mental wellness, in my perspective is spiritual, emotional, soul and physical wellness. Together moving and working in unison on a cyclical energetic vibration. Each one giving and receiving from one another. Each one assisting in balancing out the whole.
Where does this energy come from you ask? It is my belief its your soul’s intuitive thread connecting you from the universe to the earth. This one of kind, unique vibration lives inside all of us, it is the very foundation that supports us. It is the core ingredient in discovering who we are and the peace we seek.
